The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 56/2015 for the offences punishable under section 20/21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The prosecution case, in short, as per the written report, is that 250 grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that 250 grams of ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further, it has been submitted that the seized article has not been sent for test, and hence it cannot be ascertained whether the said contraband is ganja or not. Further, it has been submitted that even assuming that the same is the ganja, the said quantity comes within the category of personal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Ram Sagar Giri be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Sitamarhi, in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 56/2015.
