The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2015 in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273, 304 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge,
