Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/302/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the mother in law of the victim who is alleged to have been subjected to cruelty and harassment in connection with demand of dowry and finally killed by the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as there is no specific allegation against her.

Considering the fact that the victim has died within a year of marriage under otherwise than normal circumstances and there is allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner, her prayer for bail is
