The petitioner being the husband is in custody since 24.05.2017 for the offence registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that the matter with regard to grant of regular bail was taken up by this Court earlier and after due consideration of all the materials, the prayer for bail was rejected. No fresh ground has been made by the petitioner. As such, the present prayer for bail of the petitioner also stands rejected.
