Bore Revolver/Pistol to the petitioner in view of the order passed by Commissioner Arms Appeal No.

205 of 2018 for which she is legally entitled u/s 13 of the Indian Arms Act within a specific time."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.04.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1425 of 2023(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, by filing appropriate appeal.

3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
