The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.24 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,307,379,427,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is evident from the order of the learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16023 of 2015 (3) dt.11-06-2015 Judge itself that the member of the prosecution party has not suffered grievous injury, as no injury report has been brought on the record.

Let petitioners surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and apply for bail, which shall be considered in the light of the materials available on the record including injury report. In case injury is not attributed to any of the petitioners then they be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.24/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. If any grievous injury is attributed to any one of them such privilege shall not be allowed to them.
