JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make certain correction in para-1 of the bail petition with regard to P.S. case number is concerned. She may do so.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), (g), 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 271 liters of illicit liquor from the dikky of the car from where the petitioners were apprehended.

It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 02.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District Judge-II (Special Court of Excise), Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U T
