2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"For issuance a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner since 27.12.2023 to till today and arrear of salary with interest may be paid in favour of the petitioner and may be pass other and further order which the petitioner is entitled to."

Considering the relief(s) sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No. 4 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the Respondent No.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within One month thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the Respondent No.4 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
