2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 649 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others have obtained a decree in a title suit on the basis of forged documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the beneficiary Radhika Devi and her husband Gangdayal Yadav have been granted bail by this Court.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2023.
6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 649 of 2018.
9. As a condition of this order, the trial Court is directed to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he is found to be involved in a case of cheating in future and the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
