The petitioners seek bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. Except the suspicion no material has been collected to show that the petitioner killed the son of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 32/2015.
