The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant from her matrimonial house. The petitioner is not ready to keep the complainant as wife with him and eager to solemnized second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. There is no marriage solemnized between the complainant and this

Considering the present stand of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S.
