The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the shop of the petitioner 76 litres country made liquor were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
