JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, registered under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner being the employee of State Bank of India, Garhpura Branch withdrew Rs. 14,54,000/- to the accounts of account holders of the said branch. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 14,54,000/-, which is alleged to be illegally withdrawn by this petitioner on protest subject to outcome of the inquiry as initiated by the Bank. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19636 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 Bank of India, Garhpura Branch has no objection in allowing the prayer of bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner deposits the said amount.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-IV, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No.59 of 2014 on showing the receipt of the deposit of Rs.14,54,000/- in the State Bank of India, Garhpura Branch.
