Petitioner being elder brother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 18.03.2014 in a case registered under section 304B and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The husband of the deceased has already been remanded in the case whereas father-in-law and Gotni of the deceased have already been granted bail.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
