3. In the disposal matter, question of filing MJC for modification of the order passed in writ petition is not maintainable. Modification of order is maintainable only in respect of any typographical error committed in the order. In the present case MJC- Modification Petition is filed to review the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in CWJC No. 10482 of 2022. Accordingly, the present MJC- Modification Petition stands dismissed.
