In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.564 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 413 and 141 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the police has received secret information that one stolen tractor is standing at the door of Manish Mandal. The police went there and demanded documents of the tractor, but Manish Mandal failed to produce the same and has taken the name of petitioner to have parked the said tractor and the police also found stolen battery which is beneath the Chauki of Manish Mandal, later on, it transpired that they are the persons involved in committing theft of vehicle selling in Nepal.
