The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents / authorities to pay him his arrears of salary w.e.f. 15.04.2000 to 28.02.2014 which has already been allotted but for reasons not known to the petitioner, the same has not been given to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3472 of 2019 dt.25-02-2019 2/2 him. Several representations also have been filed by the petitioner before the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Saharsa but to no avail.

The petitioner in the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a fresh representation before the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Division, Saharsa within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose off the same by a reasoned order within a period of three weeks thereafter. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, there is no reason why necessary sequel order ought not to be passed within the aforesaid period as directed by this Court.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
