2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-aa), (1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sectioins 13,18 and 19 of the UAP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the secret information, raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Vijay Shankar Singh and half finished pistols, cartridges and other equipments used in manufacturing arms were recovered and these petitioners were arrested. They disclosed that they were manufacturing arms for supply of Naxal groups.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have not been arrested from the alleged spot rather they have been arrested by the police from some other place and have planted in this case on suspicion and

Petitioners are separate in mess and business from the said co-accused and are not connected with his deeds. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioners are in custody since 9.8.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Kaimur at Bhabua in Adhaura Police Station Case No. 42 of 2023.
