2. This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Dawath P.S. Case No. 63/2014 registered under Sections 409, 120B and Section 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit and the same is taken on record.

4. The F.I.R. is of the year 2014 and it has been challenged in the year 2017.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no instruction as to the stage of the case.

6. In these circumstances, this Court will not
