The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukhi P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018, GR No. 1278/2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.09.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that two live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
