The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

There is allegation that shop of the petitioner was inspected but the shop was found locked.

It is submitted that petitioner is, of course, a licensee of the shop but shop was running by the friend of the petitioner. The license has already been cancelled. Petitioner is in jail since 11.05.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29713 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Roh P.S. Case No. 38 of 2005. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
