The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the specific allegation of firing is attributed to the co-accused Dharmendra Yadav and Vivek Yadav due to which deceased died. No specific overt act is attributed to the petitioner.
