The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 364, 302 and 120 (B) of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that son of the informant was allegedly kidnapped by the petitioner due to love affairs with petitioner no.2 and on search his son was not recovered and as such it is suspected that son of the informant was killed somewhere after kidnapping.
On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 29.3.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Both the petitioners are ladies having
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27087 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 no criminal antecedent. Their names came on the basis of suspicion.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran in Turkolia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014. (Sudhir Singh, J) Abhay/- U T
