2. It is common ground at the Bar that now only the matter with regard to payment of earned leave for 131 days has to be dealt with. It is further admitted that the Hon'ble Lokayukta has passed certain directions which learned counsel for the University submitted shall be complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to implementation of the said order of the Hon'ble Lokayukta.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 4 and 5 to ensure that the payment required to be made to the petitioner in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Lokayukta be paid to him within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order of the Hon'ble Lokayukta by the University. Further, whatever order in favour of the petitioner has been issued, with regard to payment of his dues, including D.D.A., the authorities shall ensure that the same is also paid to the petitioner within the same period.
