The petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. From the possession of the petitioner two cell phones one of the Gel company and the other is of Lava company were recovered along with one Scorpio vehicle. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor petitioner was put on test identification parade. Similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Sahni has already been enlarged on bail.
