The petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 18483/2015, namely, Md. Iliyas, Md. Mokim, Md. Mukhtadir, and the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 19017/2015, namely, Md. Guddu Alam, seek regular bail in a case registered under Sections 317, 370, 374 of the Indian

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18483 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 Penal Code and Sections 23/27 of the Juvenile Justice Act. The petitioners are alleged to have been taking the children for labour work. It is submitted that the children are sons and nephews of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 25.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Court, Katihar in Katihar (Kishanganj) Rail P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
