2. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, seeking quashing of the order passed by the learned S.D.M., Kharagpur, Munger in Case No.406 of 2019, order dated 10.12.2019, under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., this Court is of the opinion is that the present writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.

It is needless to observe that for ventilating the grievance raised before this Court, the petitioner has other remedy under the law and as such the present writ application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
