The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One stolen mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner runs a mobile repairing shop and somebody had handed over the mobile to the petitioner for repairing. The petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupari, Sitamarhi / concerned court in Pupri P.S.
