Petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 17.10.2017 in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No.151 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner had been rejected earlier by this Court after considering all facts and circumstances and there being no further material to reconsider the same, the prayer of the petitioner stands rejected once again.

However, in view of the report received from the trial court that the trial has commenced and one witness has already been examined, let the trial of the case be expedited so as to
