The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It appears that from the possession of the petitioner one country-made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and three months. It appears from perusal of the records that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and he is accused in seven other criminal cases.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30493 of 2014 (7) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri M. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013, G.R. No. 2146/2013, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be the mother of the petitioner and, if the petitioner commits any crime, the bail bond shall be cancelled.
