Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person committed murder of the brother-in-law of the informant. Informant suspected that the contractor and labourers of the hospital have committed the murder. During investigation it surfaced that there was demand of ransom by co-accused Rahul Yadav and this petitioner and for that reason murder was committed. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
