JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners have earlier approached this Court in CWJC No. 5186 of 2018 (Manoj Kumar Singh & anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & others) which was disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while

Patna High Court CWJC No. 2388 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 considering the case of the petitioners for grant of graduate trained pay scale, respondents have granted promotion to the junior to the petitioners as Headmaster.

In case any person junior to the petitioners has been granted promotion, the respondents are under moral obligation to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion from the date their juniors have been granted. Such a decision shall be taken in accordance with law by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
