The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegations in the F.I.R., two accused persons committed theft and on hulla being raised by the sister of the informant, one of them namely accused Vishal Srivastava was caught.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused made before police. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 2.3.2020 and has no

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year 5 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case no.13 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.
