JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be own younger son-inlaw of the deceased and informant is admittedly, wife of the deceased.

The informant claims that petitioner committed murder of her husband to grab her property but admittedly, neither the informant nor any witness claims to have seen the alleged occurrence and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27345 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 each in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
