JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Falka (Pothiya) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 20 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated and she was not present at the spot, having no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 9.1.2020.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
