====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigating officer of the case in compliance of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the learned Coordinate Bench is present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a student who is presently pursuing his Post-graduation course in Journalism and Mass Communication from Patna University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.4919 of 2023(3) dt.20-06-2023 2/3 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest no doubt an occurrence did take place between students in which certain students were injured but then against this petitioner there is no specific allegation of assault rather it is alleged that he was leading one of the groups. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is not a criminal, he is student and in the event, if he is sent to custody his entire career would be jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with hardened criminal.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
