Matter pertains to renewal of the registration of Notary under the Notaries Act, 1952 (for short 'the Act') and the right of the petitioner for renewal of his registration. The learned Writ Court after considering the submission made has found that there has been default on the part of the petitioner. Because of the failure on part of the petitioner to deposit the renewal fee within the statutory period, the
