The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2021 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/324/379/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021.
