2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

(i) To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of 'Mandamus' Commanding upon the respondent authorities to receive the application made by the petitioner for grant of electricity connection to the land appertaining to Thana No.1, Khata no.1629, Survey Plot no. 2575, Samiti Plot No.105 Area 1200 Sq. ft. situated in Mauza-Digha, P.S. Rajiv Nagar, Mohalla-Nepali Nagar, District-Patna. (ii) To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of 'Mandamus' Commanding upon the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to deposit the requisite amount for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2307 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 supply of electrical connection to the aforementioned plot and to start electricity supply to the said plot. (iii) To grant any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application made by the petitioner along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application of the petitioner for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No. 5 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the receipt of this order.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of to the extent indicated above.
