JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.05.2015 in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that the police apprehended two persons and from their possession two country made large S.B.B.L. gun, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. They also disclosed the name of this petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2015. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per allegation, from Khaliyan of the petitioner, two country made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26750 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 large S.B.B.L. gun, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of four months in custody from 07.05.2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on completion of four months in custody from 07.05.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Sikaraul P.S.
