The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No.670 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 40 of Bihar Mines and Minerals Concession Rules, 1972 and Sections 3, 6 and 8 of Illegal Mines and Minerals Transportation Storage Rules, 2003 and Section 15 of Forest Environment Act, 1986. The petitioner is alleged to have been carrying 100 c.f.t. sand on his tractor bearing registration No.BR51B-4134 and its trailer bearing No.BR. No.BR51B-4135.
