1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner above-named seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs, preferably in the nature Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned to grant and pay the admissible benefits of 2nd A.C.P. due w.e.f. 01.04.1991 and 3rd

01.04.2001 to her deceased husband namely Late Shiv Dutta Prasad, who after rendering his long services of 37 years to the Respondent Department, superannuated from service on 30.06.2003 and ultimately departed from the earth on 07.02.2018, but his due benefits of said 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. was not given, despite pursuing the matter before the Respondent authority concerned; with a further prayer to direct the Respondent authority to revise the family pension of the widow petitioner after granting the said due benefits of 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. to her deceased husband, for which petitioner has also filed representation before the Respondent Executive Engineer, but till date no any action is being taken in the matter. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to, in the facts and circumstances of this case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1646 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
