According to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused, Dilip Kumar who took the victim and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be grand father of co-accused, Dilip Kumar. Moreover, as per submission, the victim has already returned and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded and in her statement victim specifically stated that she has solemnized her marriage with the co-accused, Dilip Kumar by her own sweet will.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27407 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
