JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). That in the facts and circumstances of the present case the direction to the Respondent-Corporation for fully compliance of order dated 22.10.2005 in vigilance case no- 15B/05.

(ii) Respondent no. 2 be directed to take fresh measurement as per sanction map in presence of petitioner and order to construct boundary wall as the area given in the sanction map.

(iii). During the measurement of the plot if any area are shortage, the builder shall provide the compensation amount to all flat owners including the petitioner."

Patna High Court CWJC No.9737 of 2017(2) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
