JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being ward member of the Zila Parishad entered into the office of informant and assaulted the informant and other officials. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.03.2016 and admittedly, no one sustained any injury in the alleged crime. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No. 208 of 2012.
