Basically the petitioner has challenged the issuance of NIT on the ground that it has been published in the local newspapers in Patna as well as Ranchi. The petitioner could not know about the advertisement on account of his illness.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10140 of 2017 (2) dt.03-11-2017 Learned counsel for the Bank submits that NIT was not only published in the newspaper but was up-loaded on the Bank website so that the maximum number of persons would participate in the bid.

This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
