Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2020.

Theft was committed in the Bank by unknown persons. One of the stolen property was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner that was Swipe Machine. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16044 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Abadpur Police Station Case No.03 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
