The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Some pamphlets were pasted on the pillar of under constructed Manrega building demanding extortion of Rs. 5 lacs. The petitioner and one Ranjan Bind are alleged to have demanded the extortion.

It is submitted that nobody has seen the petitioner pasting any pamphlets. Ranjan Bind has already been granted bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18534 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri N.K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kuartha P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014.
