Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that petitioner was arrested in Kotwali P.S.Case No.211 of 2014 in which he confessed his guilt and disclosed his involvement in the present case and, after that, he was remanded in this case on 7.11.2014. It appears that except the present case as well as above stated Kotwali P.S.Case No. 211 of 2014, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor he has been put on T.I.P.
