JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition in order to file an application for release of Bolero vehicle bearing Registration No. BR 03P-8236, which has been seized by the police in pursuance of Barhara P.S. Case No.394 of 2018 before the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara, as to the best of the knowledge of the petitioner, till date confiscation proceeding has not been initiated.

Leave is granted.
